What we are looking for

About the role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Network Rollout Deployment Manager

/ Project Manager and Project Administrator in the planning, execution, and completion of network

rollout projects. You will ensure that all project activities are carried out efficiently and within

established timelines. Your role will be crucial in maintaining project quality and ensuring that our

objectives are met.

What you will be doing

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Assist field teams and contractors to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and site records.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support the resolution of technical issues and provide guidance to field teams.
  • Track and Update project expenses and BOM (Bill of Materials) to ensure budget management.
  • Update project status and provide updates.
  • Ensure Risks and Incidents are Mitigated and captured per site.

Minimum requirements (qualifications, skills and experience, other)

  • Qualification in Project Management, Town Planning, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project rollout coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle.
