We’re looking for high-performing, results-driven Account Executives to drive new business growth. This is a pure new business role focused on winning new logos across mid-market and enterprise segments.


πŸ” What You’ll Do:


β€’ Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.

β€’ Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities aligned to revenue targets.

β€’ Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in the fleet, transport, and compliance sectors.

β€’ Lead discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and articulate clear business value.

β€’ Navigate complex sales processes, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

β€’ Negotiate and close high-value deals to consistently meet or exceed quota.

β€’ Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Onboarding to ensure successful customer acquisition.


βœ… What We’re Looking For:


β€’ Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role in B2B SaaS.

β€’ Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and closing new business.

β€’ Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise organisations.

β€’ Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

β€’ Ability to manage complex sales cycles and align solutions to customer needs.

β€’ Basic qualifications (degree or equivalent experience preferred).

β€’ Strong IT literacy, including CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
