Customer Experience Advisor - German Speaking

The Role

We're seeking an exceptional individual, to join our Customer Experience team. For our truly amazing Customers, you’ll be their go-to when they have questions, so we look for those who create kind and memorable conversations. Within our diligent team, you’ll be looked upon for reliable support and within the department, you’ll be essential in ensuring details are identified, to help guide how we move forward.


This full time home working role, ideally suited to a motivated self-starter. Working Hours may vary and include Evening and Weekend working.


Salary Range sits between £23 - £25k per Annum.

Day to Day

Customer Service Extraordinaire


  • Resolving and investigating issues raised by and on behalf of customers.
  • Tailoring your support, so all customers are embraced to feel welcome and part of the Snag fabric


Support Guru


  • Guiding customers through their journey with Snag with anything from Sizing to more advanced technical queries
  • Supporting the team with updates, and enquiries, not to mention your fantastic camaraderie.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams as means of problem solving.


A Devil with Detail


  • Dotting the I’s and Crossing the T’s ensuring details aren’t missed, keeping our reporting and feedback across the business as accurate as possible. 
  • Proactively contacting customers with regards to service interruptions


Natural Born Communicator


  • Using your authentic voice to create memorable experiences for our customers.


About You

We care more about your attitude and ability over previous experience but for you to flourish in this role you will:


  • A natural problem solver, you’ll help our customers understand and be able to explain things simply.
  • Have formidable written English & German Skills.
  • Be Organised and Professional. You’ll be expected to manage your workload and your schedule effectively.
  • Be flexible - able to adapt quickly, particularly to new systems and processes.


This role is based in the UK and will only be eligible for applications within this region.
