Terms & Conditions for Candidates Applying via SAGE HR – Snag Group Ltd
- Eligibility
- This service may only be accessed and used by users who are:
- (i) At least thirteen (13) years of age in the United States and territories not subject to the GDPR and FADP (as defined in the DPA).
- (ii) Sixteen (16) years of age in territories subject to the GDPR and FADP.
- (iii) Not otherwise barred from using the SAGE HR Services under applicable law.
- You may not access or use this service for any purpose if these conditions are not met. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority), you will be fully responsible for their actions regarding this service.
2. User Conduct
- All users must comply with applicable laws and refrain from any actions that may harm other users, customers, or third parties, including:
- Reverse engineering or attempting to derive the source code of the service.
- Transferring, reselling, or sublicensing the service without permission.
- Using the service for unauthorized purposes such as creating competing services, tampering with security, or violating any applicable law.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
- The collection and processing of your personal data are subject to the privacy policy provided by Snag Group Ltd and third-party service providers, such as SAGE HR, as applicable.
