The Mission for Support and testing team manager: by providing leadership and technical expertise to support and testing team, provide the necessary support to ensure business continuity and development.

• Manage business application support and testing team
• Review business requirements and assist in creating requirement specifications if necessary
• Plan and structure project deliveries together with development team
• Plan test implementation together with development team and testing team
• Follow-up functionality is working after major releases, prioritize what needs to be fixed
• Provide guidance and training to testing team to successfully test the project
• Quality checks on system documentation and test cases
• Manage business application support team delivers within the target SLA’s
• Improve testing and business application support process and team deliveries
• Organize and lead the necessary training for business teams on released functionality

• Practical experience managing testing teams or business application support teams
• Practical experience in testing and support process optimization and performance management
• Experience in test plan preparation and manual testing
• Preferably experience using Capybara with RSpec for automated test development
• Good business and topic related English
• Knowledge or previous experience with finance products and related processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong communication and organization skills
• Preferably experience with JIRA configuration, Confluence, Xray
