Betby team is ready to invite people to a new role - Customer Support Agent.

In this position, you'll be a part of the Risk - Management team, you'll be responsible for our client's requests, and will have a lot of possibilities for professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion about the sport;
  • Good technical knowledge;
  • User Support background will be a plus;
  • Understanding of betting will be a huge advantage;
  • Fluent in both English and Russian (written and oral).


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • provide support for our clients (only written communication);
  • communication with our IT team about technical issues:
  • monitoring of our product;
  • checking the content on our client's sites.
