By combining asset financing, fintech, AI-based underwriting, and proprietary car portals, MOGO Kenya enables these local entrepreneurs (motorcycle taxi riders, Uber/Bolt drivers, and small business owners) to find and purchase their own vehicles.


We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead the department of used vehicle sales in Kenya.


What you will do:

  • Be responsible for strategic, operational, and tactical decisions of the used vehicle sales unit (team, locations, pricing, inventory management, processes, costs, fraud prevention, etc.)
  • Ensure coordinated daily operations by managing, motivating, and training a team of 50+ employees
  • Oversee 15+ current point-of-sale locations and develop an expansion plan for new branches across Kenya
  • Work closely with Business Analysts & IT teams to implement automated processes in our proprietary ERP system
  • Monitor and analyze results. Make timely data-driven decisions


What you will need:


  • At least 2 years of previous experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Administration, Consulting, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, or similar experience
  • University degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a similar field
  • Hands-on approach and "getting things done" mindset
  • Performance-oriented business thinking & analytical mindset
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya
