About the role

With significant growth throughout the past year, we are expanding our presence in the Polish market and looking to expand our operations here even further. As the Customer Success Team Manager your mission will be to lead and build a local customer success team and grow Ovoko’s footprint across the region. We expect you to put your previous experience into practice and in close cooperation with other departments, implement and improve Ovoko’s CSM processes as well as lead and build a team of professionals, who are responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients in the used car parts industry.

In this role, you will

  • In the collaboration with the Country Manager, implement Ovoko’s CSM strategy within the team and transform it into actionable outcomes
  • Be a trusted and empathetic leader from day one and build, coach and develop a high-performing, solution-oriented, collaborative and motivated CSM team
  • Improve existing and create new CSM processes and procedures in alignment with other countries
  • Be responsible for new clients (used car part sellers and car dismantling stations) onboarding procedure and SaaS product adoption success
  • Oversee day-to-day CSM operations
  • Lead the team to achieve its targets set (KPI’s, OKR’s)
  • Review, monitor progress and provide feedback regarding employee performance
  • Deliver valuable results, share relevant insights with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support etc.) and work closely together to provide exceptional service to our partners
  • Establish great collaboration with stakeholders in other business teams both on local and European level

About You

  • Hands on experience in leading, coaching and developing a high performing CSM team
  • Previous experience in CSM processes, procedures and improvements implementation
  • Strategic mentality with a strong commercial foresight and the ability to work with data
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self initiative personality
  • Experience in used car parts business processes in Poland is a must
  • Previous experience with working on Allegro sales would be an advantage
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills

The salary range for this position is 3000-4000 € (gross) per month. Keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competence and experience.
