Mobilise started 18 months ago from a spark of an idea to our live beta version. We now have over 1500 Renewable Energy Contracts using our platform and we want to expand that number and help more people. 

Mobilise is a 2 sided app putting Wind Contractors first and simplifying the whole wind contractor experience. A one-stop-shop. From being sent perfect job offers, organising work schedules, keeping compliant and even training discounts. We’re offering work and training around the globe too.

Our HQ is in our big sister's Offices in Glasgow. Don’t live in Glasgow, that’s cool, only 2 of our team do and we’re all working remotely. You can go into the office if you’re nearby and use all the facilities of course. Even if you’re passing by. 

The Role

We are looking for passionate and self-motivated Business Development Manager to further accelerate our growth. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for running the full sales cycle, within the enterprise segment (OEMs) including prospecting and closing deals. 

  • Prospect, reach out, set up and execute sales meetings with executives, directors and managers 
  • Progress the deals up to negotiations & closing 
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders within target verticals and accounts 
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to optimize our go-to-market strategy and execution 
  • Profile target accounts, uncover all decision-makers and influencers, conduct a thorough needs-analysis process, create demand and closing high value deals. 

The Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a successful track record of large scale deal 
  • Experience navigating and managing complex enterprise sales cycles while building strong relationships 
  • Highly developed organization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders 
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and communicate them via phone, email or LinkedIn 
  • Experience in presenting complex information in a clear and structured manner 
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a positive and approachable way 
  • Confidence in dealing with prospects, including those in junior and senior management positions 
  • High level of negotiation skills 
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during intense situations 
  • Experience in keeping track of your activities in a sales CRM and an understanding of the importance of attention to detail and data quality 

It would be great if you also had: 

  • Track record of working with prospects from Original Equipment Manufacturers i.e. Siemens Gamesa, Nordex, Vestas etc. 
  • Experience of working with a SaaS product preferred
