Sales and Marketing Support Specialist

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a highly organised, self-disciplined, and customer-focussed Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. 


As a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams across a wide range of existing processes and new initiatives, as well as working directly with our clients to ensure they are receiving an exceptional customer experience. As a multifaceted role within a small business, you will be willing to manage, develop, coordinate, and support a variety of sales and marketing projects and activities as the business grows. 


As part of Cyberis, you can expect to work within a close-knit, collaborative team where we support one another to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Our team is dynamic, innovative, and dedicated to cyber security and customer focussed.


Our head office is in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, however opportunities to be home-based are available, with occasional travel to client sites and Cyberis events. You will be expected to visit the Tewkesbury office 1 - 2 days per month.

Duties

The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team and processes, in a wide range of roles and duties, this will include:


  • Supporting and developing account management operations.
  • Acting as a junior account manager.
  • Supporting the CRM, data analytics/reporting and managing client data quality across our customer base.
  • Managing, coordinating, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives includes email marketing, online advertising, lead generation and in-person events.
  • Developing digital content and sales collateral to support the above initiatives.
  • Day-to-day support of the Sales Team and other sales/marketing activities, including assistance with responding to ITTs and in the production of client proposals and quotations.
  • Working closely with marketing personnel and external agencies.
  • Supporting and developing our end-to-end customer journeys and experience.


Essential qualities

  • UK-based
  • Eligible and willing to undergo UK government clearance (SC minimum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent design and digital marketing copywriting skills.
  • Enjoys building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Good analytics skills and developing metrics/KPIs.
  •  A good understanding of cyber security industry, with an appetite to learn and expand your cyber security knowledge and understand.
  • Proactive and a self-starter, with a willingness to manage or support new initiatives, but happy to ask for advice and guidance and act as a genuine team player.

Desirable / beneficial qualities

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • One or more of:
  • Sales operations management and/or account management experience
  • Previous B2B sales and marketing experience in the cyber security industry

Remuneration and benefits

  • Excellent salary and benefits package
  • Salary negotiable depending on skills, experience, and qualifications (£23,000 - £35,000).
