Location: East Grinstead or London (Not Remote)

OTE: £30–40k+ (£25K Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

Hours: Full-Time (Mon–Fri)

At the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), we’re expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Health Coach Course Consultant to support individuals ready to make a change.

You’ll be talking to people who are:

• Health-conscious and proactive
• Interested in yoga, natural nutrition, and wellness
• Seeking a career that reflects their values and love for helping others

Our Health Coach course leads to careers in:

• 1:1 coaching
• Group workshops and community health sessions
• Working alongside the NHS or in private practice
• Educating others via social media, talks, or wellness content

As a Course Consultant, you’ll:

• Make warm outbound calls to prospective students
• Understand their goals and provide detailed course guidance
• Help them take the next step toward a purpose-led career in health

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Loves speaking to people
• Has sales or customer service experience
• Truly believes in the power of holistic wellbeing

📍 Training takes place in East Grinstead, with work based at either our Head Office or London campus. This is not a remote role.
