As a Business Analyst, you will guide and support clients through their transformation journey. This includes assisting them with the analysis and production of HR and Finance business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. This role is the ideal opportunity for candidates with 2-5 years of operational and Finance and HR Transformation experience, you will also have implemented SaaS solutions for Finance or HR, preferably Oracle, Workday or SAP.

2. Description of role:

  • Analysis and production of HR and Finance business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define business requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making related to workforce planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR and Financial systems.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR and Financial processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into statements of requirements
  • Facilitate system testing, training, and user adoption for HR and Finance applications.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in current HR and Finance operations and provide recommendations.

3. We're looking for people who have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in HR, finance, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Financial systems, such as HRIS, payroll systems, and ERP software.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with process mapping and business process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Business Analysis or HR/Finance-related certifications.
