The Operations Business Analyst & Project Manager will have two roles.

  • As an Operations Business Analyst you will act as a liaison between the executives, the operations SMEs and the IT developers of SmartLynx’ to leverage the data gathered during operations. With the use of business intelligence tools, you will conduct operations analyses, analyzing the day-to-day and long-term service levels and key performance indicators in the operations department. In addition, you will ensure business data and reporting needs are met. As an Operations Business Analyst you are expected to develop new models which will show deviations, trends, and patterns and underpin sound business decisions and identify new possibilities in the business.

  • As Operations Project Manager you will support the operations management team with the planning and follow-up of all major projects. You will ensure best project management practices are followed in the department to ultimately deliver results on time and on budget. Additionally, you will continue to develop the project management processes and tools in use and provide the necessary training for colleagues.


  • Experience from an excellent understanding of airline operations;
  • Very good knowledge of one or more data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Ability to communicate with impact;
  • Fluent English language proficiency (both verbal and written);
  • You likely have a degree in engineering, math, statistics, IT, or associated field;
  • Project management training or proven practical project management experience.
