Compliance Coordinator

Location: Warrington/Gateshead/Market Harborough. United Kingdom. Hybrid

Contract: Full time. Permanent. Flexible working available.

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Join our team as a Compliance Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the buildings and land portfolio we manage on behalf of Homes England remains safe, compliant and well maintained.



Working across a range of statutory compliance areas, including Gas Safety, Electrical Testing, Legionella, Asbestos and Fire Safety, you'll coordinate inspections, maintain compliance records, monitor remedial actions and support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
