Ground and Cargo Safety Officer (for SmartLynx employees only)

Dear SmartLynx employees, we are recruiting internal for a new Ground and Cargo Safety Officer.

• Are self-motivated and passionate about safety;
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills;
• Have the ability to handle sensitive and personal data with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality;
• Have an approachable and supportive personality;
• Have a high sense of confidentiality;
• Have good knowledge of the English language;
• Have good knowledge and experience with MS Office.

• Encourage reporting within Ground Handling and Cargo Operations;
• Monitor key performance indicators within departmental data and raises safety reports if any significant negative trends occur;
• Present information related to Ground Handling and Cargo Operations safety;
• Participate in safety investigations, reviewing and collecting information related to Ground Handling and Cargo Operation;
• Assist in the preparation of Safety Newsletters.
