Our Offshore Renewables team win and deliver recruitment projects and retained recruitment campaigns for the planet’s biggest offshore wind project developers. As a Consultant in our Offshore Renewables team your weeks will be all about travelling to meet clients and candidates, placing high-calibre specialists in roles at global companies, and managing your relationships with your clients.

 

With experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, or from the offshore wind or renewables sector, you’ll be an outstanding communicator with the people skills to build relationships quickly. Passionate about sustainability, green issues and the industry, you’ll work closely with your colleagues to drive activity and achieve business objectives.
