Marketing and Communication Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our international team. If you take ownership, manage projects with care and clarity, and can bring people together to get things done—let’s talk.

In this role, you will drive local and cross-border projects that shape our brand visibility, reputation, and client engagement. You will work closely with legal experts, media partners, and the firm’s leadership to make sure our messages reach the right audience clearly and effectively.

• Lead and execute marketing and communication projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and expected results.
•  Collaborate with legal professionals to craft content that positions our firm and experts as thought leaders— across formats such as press releases, articles, social media posts, and website copy.
• Drive media-focused PR efforts: take ownership of proactive media communication—help legal teams shape and implement their PR plans, manage day-to-day collaboration with the PR agency, and track our key PR metrics.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including content promotion, email marketing, and paid social media or search ads—tracking performance and optimising results.
• Plan and run client events (offline and online)—with attention to detail and purpose.
• Support cross-border initiatives by adapting Baltic content and campaigns to local market in coordination with regional teams

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good editorial sense and understanding of media dynamics.
• A mindset that balances strategic thinking with practical execution—you can see the big picture without dropping the details.
• Confidence and clarity when navigating senior stakeholders and complex situations.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English—both written and spoken.
• A university degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
