Business Analysis & Digital Product Support (Working-Student)

As a working student in our Business Solutions unit, you'll work closely with experienced Product Owners, gaining hands-on experience in digital product development, agile project work, and modern business analysis. This is more than just a support role – it’s a learning opportunity where your ideas and growth matter. 

• Support Product Owners in day-to-day work: preparing workshops, structuring documentation, creating backlog items, and aligning with internal stakeholders 
• Gather and structure requirements in agile software development projects 
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, such as updating and organizing content in our internal wiki 
• Assist with data analysis & reporting using Power BI or similar tools to support decision-making and project performance tracking. 

• Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) 
• A basic understanding of (Agile) software development processes and interest in digital tools 
• You enjoy taking initiative, but also know when to ask questions 
• You're curious, organized, and eager to learn in a real-world IT context 
• You're not afraid to try new tools or tasks – even if you’ve never done them before. 

• Ongoing studies in IT, Management, or a related field  
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Forms, Miro, and MS Office  
• Experience or interest in areas such as survey design, dashboard creation, or workshop facilitation.
