Your role in this mission:

As part of the technical leadership team and reporting into the Chief Trust Officer you will work collaboratively with another Architect and Tech Leads and closely with the client and the rest of the delivery team. This is a high impact, high visibility role, that is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting technical solutions. If you like to bring new ideas with the opportunity of influencing our future direction, then we want to hear from you!

 

How will you spend your time?

  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and listen/understand their problems
  • Translate complex customer requirements into viable solutions and functional architecture
  • Producing architecture diagrams for project solutions (ideally in c4model format)
  • Producing high level design documentation to describe project solutions
  • Identifying and assessing impact of non-functional requirements
  • Producing process flows, sequence diagrams illustrating system and component interactions
  • Producing user stories in project backlog
  • At times contributing to backlog refinement, user story breakdown and estimation sessions
  • Being a mentor for technical staff and identifying market trends in the identity sector
  • Learning! We give you a day off each month to learn and study!

You have familiarity of working with and deploying in Azure

You have knowledge and understanding of various architectural and cloud design patterns

You have the ability to analyse a variety of business problems and design suitable technical solutions

You are comfortable in communicating with clients and being the expert regarding their technical problem and providing a solution

You have the technical understanding to deliver integration solutions in the live environment

You understand how to architect a system in Azure while also being able to justify the reasoning for the design

You have experience taking ownership of the full design / architecture of a system

You are an engaging leader with the ability to communicate across all levels and all stakeholders up to and including Board level.

You are committed and able to influence and encourage continuous improvement.

You are able to influence the Company’s evolving landscape of opportunities.

You have the right to work in the UK. IAM is our speciality and our successful team members will be required to pass BPSS and UKSV SC screening, arranged during the induction period.

You will be using our equipment which we will ship out to you and if an extra screen would come in handy then let us know.
