Mechanical and Electrical Fit Out Manager

ADE Power has over 25 years of experience at the forefront of the power equipment packaging industry - designing and manufacturing precision engineered, purpose-built acoustic and modular enclosures, housings, and modules, for the packaging of industrial power generation, switchgear, energy storage, data centres, fuel tanks, and related equipment. We are seeking a talented and motivated M&E Fit-Out Manager looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role.

We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Fit-Out Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical elements of our fit-out projects. This role involves managing staff & subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, and maintaining health & safety compliance.

• Lead and manage M&E fit-out works across multiple projects
• Coordinate with staff & subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and client specifications
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budget control
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders
• Solve technical challenges and provide expert advice on M&E installations

• Proven experience in M&E fit-out management within the construction or interiors sector
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, regulations, and installation techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, or project management (preferred)

The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week, from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday and from 7am to 1pm on Friday. The business is closed for Bank Holidays, we also enjoy a shutdown every Christmas until after the New Year.
