We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (FP&A) to help achieve optimal financial performance and support strategic decision-making across organization.

As the Regional Finance team within the Africa and Asia Vehicle Finance Division, we drive financial accuracy, support key strategic decisions, and ensure our subsidiaries align with Group reporting standards. As trusted partners to the leadership of our regional HQ, we help optimize business performance and drive sustainable growth.

What You will do:

  • Support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and financial insights
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial scenarios
  • Manage the budgeting process, including creating detailed budgets and financial plans
  • Collaborate with various departments and management to gather information and improve financial accuracy
  • Prepare monthly reports for management reflecting business performance
  • Improve current and future modeling techniques by integrating innovative tools and methods to increase efficiency
  • Enhance the accessibility and ease-of-use of integrated models and budgets


What You will need:

  • Previous experience in similar positions in an international company
  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software and databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

 

Will be considered as an advantage:

  • Proficiency in Accounting and knowledge of IFRS
  • Macros/SQL and similar knowledge
