As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our busy Head Office team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.


The Role

Working as part of our Sales Administration team, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, engineers and Field Sales team. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and a customer-first approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing engineer job sheets
  • Producing accurate customer quotations
  • Processing customer orders
  • Entering and maintaining data within our internal systems
  • Obtaining parts quotations from suppliers
  • Monitoring supplier deliveries and providing updates
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting our Field Sales Representatives to deliver excellent customer service
  • Liaising with Operations and Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Assisting with contract administration
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department


About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You'll ideally have:

  • 1–3 years' experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or a similar office administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive approach to your work
  • Good numerical skills and confidence working with data
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively within a busy team
