The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Counsel and Club Secretary, this is an extremely exciting and rare opportunity to work as a Paralegal within the sporting industry at one of the leading cricket clubs in the country. This role will support with the provision of general commercial and corporate legal advice, in conjunction with the General Counsel and external counsel. It will also support the Club Secretary in corporate governance and secretarial matters.

About You


We are looking for people who meet the below criteria:


  • Completion of a undergraduate degree or conversion course with law or legal studies as the main subject of the degree
  • Previous experience of working in a law firm or in-hour legal department with exposure to corporate and secretarial governance
  • Good knowledge of commercial and corporate legal advice
  • Strong attention to detail and experience of demonstrating this in a professional environment
  • Excellent time keeping and being able to complete tasks in a timely manner in a fast paced environment
