Cabin Crew Ground Instructor (Internal)

SMARTLYNX AIRLINES CREWING OU is looking for Cabin Crew Ground Instructor.

We are an EU-based Airline Company with headquarters in Riga (Latvia), Tallinn (Estonia), and Lija (Malta).

Our group airlines specialize in full-service ACMI aircraft lease services and are acknowledged ACMI, cargo and charter providers in the EU on Airbus A320, A321, A330 aircraft and Boeing 737 MAX.



From year to year they are growing - in fleet size, block hours, team members, and number of awards. 

Dear applicants - this position is only for current SmartLynx Cabin Crew members.

• At least secondary education, college, or equivalent;
• Previous experience as Senior Cabin Crew Member for at least two years;
• OR previous experience as Cabin Crew Member for at least three years;
• Extensive Knowledge of the Cabin Crew Manual is a must;
• Mature, patient, and stress resilience personality;
• Excellent mental capacity to make quick, smart, and rational decisions using common sense and a positive attitude;
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills;
• Very good English Language Proficiency (minimum Level 3).

Apart from being a mentor and a role model, a Ground Instructor's role is:

• To promote safety;
• To oversee the design, development and maintenance of training materials;
• To conduct both practical and classroom training sessions including but not limited to: Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods, Fire & Smoke, Emergency and Safety Equipment, First Aid, etc.;
• To facilitate non-technical skills training (CRM) according to regulatory requirements.
