With how far technology has come, it’s time to modernize and digitize healthcare. is redesigning healthcare for the consumer,  it is easyaffordable, and kind. We focus on people living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol and are creating a unified care experience all in one digital service. Our service will be individualized for each patient, incredibly convenient and kind, and offered at affordable prices even without insurance.

The experienced founding team worked together previously to build a company that is now used by over 3 million people with diabetes worldwide, has more than 200 employees, and was acquired by Roche in 2017. is well funded by tier 1 Silicon Valley investors and launched our full service in August 2021.

  • Become an expert on our product and all the services we offer 
  • Provide technical and product support via messaging and calls in a timely manner
  • Identify trends that may impact larger customer base and communicate these out to the team
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive FAQ/resource page 
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all the work you do
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics daily!


This is you:

  • Are passionate about patient-centered care and improving healthcare
  • Have strong written, phone, and video communication skills
  • Have experience using customer support platforms 
  • Work well independently and don’t shy away from change
  • Are positive, innovative, and empathetic
  • Live in the United States

You will stand out if you:

  • Speak Spanish
  • Live and work in the Eastern Standard Timezone (EST)
  • Are knowledgeable about type 2 diabetes 
  • Have experience working on an international team
  • Have worked in the start-up world before
