Finance Analyst

Join our Finance team and help drive smarter decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, automation, and AI-powered insights. 

• Prepare monthly financial and KPI reports with business insights. 
• Monitor accounts receivable performance, overdue balances, and collection forecasts. 
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes. 
• Analyze actual vs. budget and forecast performance. 
• Maintain and improve financial dashboards and reports in Power BI. 
• Ensure data accuracy through ERP and reporting system reconciliations. 
• Monitor data quality and coordinate corrective actions. 
• Develop and continuously improve interactive dashboards and analytical solutions. 
• Work with AI solutions provided by the organization to support data analysis and finance processes. 
• Support ERP, reporting system, and data migration projects. 
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and support management requests. 

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
• Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. 
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with data. 
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. 
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail. 
• Interest in AI technologies and process automation. 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
