  • Manage and ensure that all administrative, operational, quality and health and safety aspects of the project are delivered to the client in line with expectations and requirements of the company. 
  • Responsible for producing and negotiating costs with clients and Loss Adjusters  
  • Regular contact with customers and Loss Adjuster to ensure the smooth running of the project and to promote future business 
  • Control the arrangements for the proper financial and commercial management of projects 
  • Maintain and develop a Health and Safety Culture within the business to establish and secure a safe working environment. 
  • Ensure that Risk Assessments and CPP’s for all tasks are documented, implemented and communicated effectively. 
  • Working alongside the BD team, planning and executing promotional visits to the offices of customers and Loss Adjusters 
  • In conjunction with the BD team produce regular account retention and development plans to ensure absolute focus on customer retention and account development. 
  • Promote timely and quality client communications 
  • Provide proactive feedback to clients in areas of cost control, work scope, innovative improvements and additional services 
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with effectively at the appropriate level 
  • Attend appropriate client meetings, encourage active improvements and provide feedback to clients.
