What You'll Do:

  • You will manage and coordinate all development efforts of the growth product team consisting of Designer(s), Frontend- and Backend Engineers and quality assurance. 
  • Own and analyze the signup- and onboarding experiences and metrics and define a growth strategy plan to increase all metrics
  • Regularly analyze key Product Growth metrics and optimize the existing web-based signup flow and eventual mobile app-experience.
  • Analyze the user lifecycle, including the onboarding, activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases, and set up experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn.
  • Apply best practices for how to best engage customers, and retain them for the long term.
  • Support to shape our offering and pricing plans
  • You will work closely with our Head of Growth and our Co-CEO.
  • Foster cross-team and cross-continent alignment and make work and progress transparent


This is you:

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years of experience working on growth 
  • You have a track record of owning a critical part of a product, defining product vision and strategy, and consistently delivering on objectives
  • You have experience with hypothesis-driven product development & testing
  • You share the passion for breaking down complex problems into simple solutions and making data-informed decisions
  • You prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive detailed trade-offs over the product life cycle
  • Excellent project manager and Jira Pro and deep functional knowledge of MixPanel 
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills: Ability to establish common ground with empathy and candor, manage conflicting points of view, and articulate the rationale behind decisions

  • Worked in a company that sold a digital product or subscription service directly to consumers
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • People management experience managing a team of 1-2 product direct reports
  • You surf like pro and you don’t mind paddling out with a few beginners

The Senior Growth Product Manager position is a full-time position based in Encinitas, California — steps away from the Coast Highway 101 and beautiful Beacons Beach.
