Marketing & Communication Specialist

In this role, you will drive local and cross-border projects that shape our brand visibility, reputation, and client engagement. You will work closely with legal experts, media partners, and the firm’s leadership to make sure our messages reach the right audience clearly and effectively.

• Manage and deliver marketing and communications projects, keeping track of timelines, stakeholders, quality and results.
• Work closely with lawyers and other teams to turn their expertise into clear and engaging content, including articles, press releases, social media posts and website content.
• Lead and coordinate legal directory submissions, rankings and award applications, gathering information from lawyers and practice teams and making sure submissions are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
• Monitor and analyse rankings, awards and market recognition, helping strengthen the firm's visibility, reputation and competitive positioning.
• Contribute to media-focused PR efforts, proactive media communication – help legal teams shape and implement their PR plans, cooperate with the PR agency, and track our key PR metrics.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including content promotion, email marketing, and paid social media or search ads – tracking performance and optimising results.
• Plan and coordinate client events (offline and online) – with attention to detail and purpose.
• Support cross-border initiatives by adapting Baltic content and campaigns to local market in coordination with regional teams. 

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment. 
• Strong project management and organisational skills – you can manage several projects at the same time, keep track of details and make sure things get done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good sense of tone, structure and what makes content clear and engaging.
• Confidence working with different stakeholders, including senior colleagues and subject-matter experts, and the ability to move projects forward in a collaborative way.
• A mindset that balances strategic and structured thinking with practical execution – you can see the big picture without dropping the details.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret market intelligence and insights.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality, particularly when working with data, submissions and external publications.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English – both written and spoken.

• Base gross monthly salary in the EUR 3 300–3 700 range. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies and professional experience.
