Business Analyst

What you will do:

• Help manage the growth of our vehicle and motorcycle taxi financing business in an exciting developing market
• Detect issues, develop roadmap and action plan to drive business growth and profitability
• Lead implementation of new products or business process improvements from A to Z
• Work closely with IT defining requirements and ensuring smooth launch
• Establish and improve existing management controlling, business analytics and reporting practices
• Identify, map and analyze business processes as well as corresponding KPIs
• Act as a liaison between the local team and HQ in Europe

What you will need:

• University degree in Economics or Business, Finance, International relations or similar
• 0-2 years of experience
• Hands-on approach and "getting things done" mindset
• Excellent analytical skills
• High sense of responsibility, preciseness, ability to plan and set priorities
• Fluent in English
• Excellent computer skills
