You will do :
- Develop go-to-market strategy, build and manage sales organization
- Establish and manage relationships with key business partners
- Negotiate and close deals
- Monitor market and competitors, provide market insights to product team and company leadership
- Initiate and implement marketing campaigns
- Lead the development of new sales channels
- Own sales organization - Improve sales processes, systems, operations, tracking and reporting.
- Lead sales teams - continued development, coaching and motivate in order to achieve high professional standards and meet/ overachieve monthly sales targets.
- Regulary track and analyse key metrics (including performance of sales teams, conversion rates and turnaround times). Identify and implement improvements.
