Base Cabin Crew Line Trainer 2023 (Internal)

SMARTLYNX AIRLINES CREWING OU is looking for Base Cabin Crew Line Trainer.

Our group airlines specialize in full-service ACMI aircraft lease services and are acknowledged ACMI, cargo, and charter providers in the EU on Airbus A320, A321, A330, and Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.



From year to year they are growing - in fleet size, block hours, team members, and number of awards. 

• At least 6 months of Cabin Crew Line Trainer experience
• Free from other roles in SmartLynx
• Free from conflict of interest
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate from NIA for any period of time (e.g., duration of project)
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Good MS Office and IT skills
• Good CRM skills
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Has solid knowledge and understanding of SmartLynx operations and crew training requirements, keeps updated with any changes
• Ability to pass on relevant training information accurately and confidentially
• Able to communicate through the correct chain of command
• Willing to follow clear guidelines and instructions and ask when unsure
• Team Driven, motivated, disciplined and a role model

• To make proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations;
• To ensure that base planned cabin crew familiarization is conducted in accordance with applicable standards of SmartLynx;
• To submit a weekly base familiarization status report  via e-mail to Assistant to Cabin Crew Training Manager for the designated fleet;
• To monitor Line Trainers and Line Training SCCMs performance and compliance with mandatory forms being filled timely and correctly as per OM-D requirements
