- Directly assist Coinpanion users via our support channels (e.g. Zendesk, Social Media and calls)
- Handle daily customer requests (via Zendesk, chat, and our hotline)
- Help our users find their way around our app (explain different features and functions, respond to general questions about Coinpanion and our product offerings)
- Evaluate user feedback, handle complaints and feature requests
- Create macros and content for our Helpdesk
- Develop and propose improvements for our product teams
- Take responsibility for an important part of the end-to-end Customer Success journey
- +2 years of experience in customer service or customer success (ideally in a FinTech industry)
- Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and English (high professional proficiency)
- High level of professionalism and reliability
- You enjoy using FinTech apps and have already bought and sold stocks, ETF's, crypto or any other financial asset for yourself
