Financial Analyst

Paybis is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will involve assisting the CFO with financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will have the opportunity to drive improvements in financial processes and support strategic decision-making in a rapidly growing fintech environment.

• Assist the CFO with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee financial data quality and compliance with regulations.
• Support the monthly closing process and the audit process.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as needed.

• At least 2 years of experience in a financial analyst role or equivalent experience in Big 4.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and consolidation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
