In a nutshell

Loylogic is seeking a highly ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to sell our solutions into Banking industry within the GCC Market. This role is designed for someone who can think consultatively and sell strategically but execute rapidly to meet our ambitious growth targets.


You will be responsible for all aspects of the sale from lead generation to closing. This is a high-impact role that requires a growth can do mindset

What will you do

  • Annual Revenue - Achieve/exceed quota targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and account plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Head of Finance, Head of Loyalty, head of Marketing - in Banking sector.
  • Prospect and sign partnership agreements with potential partners. Pipeline Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management
  • Maintain a rolling pipeline and conduct pipeline reviews globally.
  • Leverage your network within your finance network to secure new opportunities. Support partners in closing sales opportunities.
  • Create joint marketing plans with partners for promotions and events.
  • Sales Excellence - Sell value and utilize best practice sales models.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline information in the CRM system.
  • Understand Loylogic's competition and unique selling proposition.

What will you need

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
  • 50+ Relationships already built in the industry at the CMO, Head of Cards, Head of Loyalty level.
  • Regional technology experience in the UAE or KSA.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and interact with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Business level English: Fluent or Native with the ability to effectively communicate both orally and written across all levels of the organization
  • Results-driven with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives Previous experience selling cloud/SAAS solutions would be preferable.


This position will be based in Dubai.
