Full Cycle Accountant

And now we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Cycle Accountant, who is ready to be a part of a talented international team. As a Full Cycle Accountant, you will have major role in financial performance management of the company. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to help develop, and execute tasks that support growth, performance, and future objectives at a rapidly growing company.

• Management and maintenance of general ledgers
• Facilitating the accurate and timely accounting processes and controls
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory and managerial financial reporting in line with IFRS requirements
• Manage an support annual financial statements audits or tax audits
• Ensure tax compliance and planning in line with national and EU tax laws
• Implement and maintain strong reconciliation framework and internal control system
• Report to the Finance Team Lead and supervise junior accountants in your team
• Support development and improvement of accounting and reconciliation processes under your responsibilities

• Previous successful experience as a Full Cycle Accountant (preferably in a company that operates internationally)
• Successful cooperation experience with audits
• Advanced MS Office skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 and any other accounting software
• Knowledge of Latvian national laws, knowledge of Polish will be considered as an advantage
• Structured approach and ability to achieve goals set within a defined deadline
• Passionate about leveraging technology to automate and scale processes
• Latvian, English and Russian languages (fluent level)
• Strong attention to details and accuracy of deliverable
• Willingness to learn and develop

• Academic degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3-5 years of successful previous work experience as a Full Cycle Accountant
• Experience in banking, electronic money institutions or Fintech industry or in a company with a balance sheet of at least EUR 5 million
