Due to the ongoing growth, Taylor Hopkinson now seek a competent and ambitious data and Contracts Co-ordinator to join the team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be organised, diligent, proactive and a very strong communicator. This individual will support our Mobilise and Contracts Teams.

The Role

  • Data Entry and administrative support
  • Research provision for the business for contractor certification, training providers and internal systems management 
  • Building relationships with new contractors and candidates and providing first class customer service 
  • Providing compliance administration
  • Supporting the Operations team with resourcing of suitable candidates for roles during peak times
  • Run regular audit reports and starter/finisher reports using Cube19, In-Time / Credentials and Bullhorn, then share with Operations and wider teams as appropriate 
  • Review certificates and documents for accuracy, compliance, performance risk and conformance with the contract terms, conditions, and other provisions 
  • Managing candidates through interview processes and influencing throughout to achieve placements
  • Sharing of information and market intelligence with the wider business
  • Building a foundation level understanding of Taylor Hopkinson’s core market sectors: Solar, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Transmission & Distribution etc.
  • Ad hoc support of the contracts Team where required.

Requirements

  • Time management – being able to effectively prioritise and achieve KPIs 
  • Highly organised, flexible, and confident, the successful candidate will be able to manage several work streams effectively at once, prioritising workload and working well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential, as is a naturally high standard of communication 
  • Effective matching of candidate skills and experience to live vacancy requirements
  • Effective candidate and client qualification.
  • Confident, professional telephone manner – with ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to successfully manage candidates through the recruitment process inc influencing and gaining commitment.
  • Understanding relevance of market information
  • Problem solving skills to resolve difficult or sensitive issues with candidates
