We are looking for an eager individual who wants to question, learn and enhance their skills. Your role will be focused on working in a team optimising value for our clients. You will be working alongside the Building Surveying Partner and our wider team to deliver our exciting plan. The job will involve meeting and corresponding with clients, forming strong relationships, and working on high value, high quality residential property, as well as other sectors including healthcare, education, historic buildings and leisure.


The location of the job will be based at Ward Williams office in London. Travel to and from work in other offices may be required to fulfill the requirements of the role. 


Requirements

  • MRICS Chartered BS  
  • Professional experience to include, building surveys, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations and design works and PM and CA duties.
  • To have an interest in the luxury property / high-quality residential sector.
  • To be conversant with all H&S legislation - acting as PD may be required (on occasion).
  • Commercially minded and client-facing demeanour.
