The Opportunity

As we build up for an exciting 2025 season, The Yorkshire County Cricket Club are looking to recruit a number of casual Live Stream Camera Operators to help with the delivery of the live stream for all non-televised matches.


The live stream is broadcasted for free on the Club's YouTube channel and is available to viewers around the world. If successful, you will provide significant support to the MarComms team to help provide viewers and supporters with a first-hand look at the cricket action throughout the season.


What this role will include:


  • Live camera operation during matches to provide viewers with a first-hand look at the cricket action during the hours of play in all formats of the game (County Championship, T20, One-Day) for the men’s and women’s teams.
  • Capture shots assigned by the Vision Mixer in-between action periods to keep the viewers engaged which could be in relation to the live commentary.
  • Support the marketing team in the setup of camera stations, positioning and cable rigging and de-rigging before play and at the close of play.
  • Operating outdoors in variable weather conditions
  • Travelling to outgrounds to help deliver the live steams at matches played away from Headingley Cricket Ground


This role will require frequent evening and weekend working.

About You
