Our regional teams combine their expertise and resources, and our offices share a unified practice and quality management system, while know-how is exchanged between all of our team members. We are looking for a result-oriented team player to strengthen our regional Business Development team.

 

Are you a sharp commercial thinker with a knack for turning complex services into scalable solutions? We're looking for a Product Development and Pricing Manager to join our regional Business Development team and shape the future of legal service delivery across the Baltics and beyond.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage legal products – from concept to launch, in close collaboration with lawyers, and the Business Development, Marketing and Communication, IT, and Knowledge and Innovation teams
  • Implement pricing strategy – design and implement tools and processes in close collaboration with lawyers and the Finance team
  • Support proposals and client negotiations – provide pricing insights and understanding client profitability
  • Monitor product and service performance – track usage, feedback and profitability
  • Spot new opportunities – translate client needs into new services or productised solutions


We expect that you have:

  • 5 or more years of experience in product/services development or consulting
  • Master’s in economics, business administration or a related subject
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, entrepreneurial thinking
  • Proven experience in project management and leadership skills
  • Strong data, change management and stakeholder skills
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of Estonian is essential
  • Experience in cross-border/regional roles is a plus
