Barista- Retail Associate

Our baristas are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional customer service while preparing & serving a variety of beverages, and conducting retail.

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station, equipment, and storage areas.
• Perform point of sale transactions and maintain accurate cash register records, following established cash handling procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies.
• Uphold and promote our Christian values and principles in all interactions with campers, staff, and visitors.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must demonstrate a maturing faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; and confidently articulate that faith.
• Ability to create and foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Must be well organized and professional.
• Must be teachable and have at least one year of customer service experience.
• Must be honest and competent in the handling of money.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and punctual.
• Must possess a Food Handlers certificate (Can be acquired after hire).
• Barista experience preferred.
