Channel Manager
Ribbon PLC is a digital financial services ‘super-app’, intended to offer hyper-personalized multi-currency wallets to NRIs as well as residents of India. We are carbon-neutral and aim to meet the growing needs for a single platform that’s an aggregate of multiple financial services offered by appropriately licensed partners.
Your key job responsibilities as the Channel Manager:
· As Channel Manager, you will work alongside Sales & Distribution team at Ribbon Plc overseeing acquisition of Personal Accounts
· You will have the responsibility to create a strategy to improve efficiency and profitability for the targeted ecosystem
· Build relationships with vendors and customers for business development
· Your role includes development of a marketing plan for various target segments
· Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners
· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives set by the organization
· Your role includes creating training modules and imparting training to channel partners
· Ensure adherence of compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
· Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
· Providing feedback to Technology team for the enhancement of product and participate in regular testing of App
