Betby team is ready to invite people to a new role - Customer Support Agent.

In this position, you'll be a part of the Risk - Management team, you'll be responsible for our client's requests, and will have a lot of possibilities for professional growth.


  • Passion about the sport (please show it in your CV);
  • Understanding of betting markets and basic principles of industry;
  • Analytical mind;
  • User Support background will be a plus;
  • At least upper-Intermediate in both English and Russian.


  • Provide support for our clients (only written communication);
  • Communication with our IT team about technical issues:
  • Monitoring of our product;
  • Analyzing the players performance;
  • Monitoring upcoming bets;
  • Work with schedule 12 hours shifts (2/2, few night shifts in month);
  • Checking the content on our client's sites.
