We're looking for a proactive Business Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly. From supporting our Members and coordinating meetings to maintaining governance records and driving process improvements, you'll be at the centre of everything we do.

About the Role

As our Business Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support across the organisation, helping teams work efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for our Members and customers.


You'll become a trusted point of contact, supporting a wide range of business activities including membership administration, governance, reporting, office management and continuous improvement.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with business administration and is looking to make a genuine impact.


What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in a wide variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business through high-quality administration.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, presentations and taking accurate minutes.
  • Managing shared inboxes, telephone enquiries and business correspondence.
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring our office provides a professional, friendly environment.
  • Managing our membership journey from onboarding and renewals through to upgrades and account changes.
  • Preparing member communications including welcome packs, newsletters and renewal reminders.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and governance documentation.
  • Producing business reports and management information to support decision making.
  • Working closely with Finance, Credit & Risk, Marketing and other departments to deliver excellent service.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and help the business work more efficiently.

Person Specification

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a busy, administrative role who is:

  • Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, positive and always looking for better ways of working.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues across different departments.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside CRM systems and databases.
  • Experience producing reports and analysing data.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
