We are recruiting for a Part-time receptionist to join our team at Caldecott Hall Country Park.


We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional levels of service to our customers and are on the hunt for someone with the same level of dedication as us!


What will the role as Receptionist involve?


-      As the first face who greet our Customers, you will be responsible for ensuring they receive a warm welcome

-      Resolving customer queries and complaints both in person, and on the phone

-      Assisting with Financial reporting, including bank control sheets, cash handling and managing Petty Cash

-      Maintaining records on in-house systems

-      Support with arranging owners’ events

-      Delivering exceptional levels of Customer service to both new and existing customers


What experience do you need to be a Receptionist?


As this role is so varied, we welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to be successful in this role are:

-      Being computer literate

-      Have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer service

-      Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team

-      General financial understanding to support with onsite finance tasks
