WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Creating high-quality and engaging content for marketing communication materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and articles;
  • Collaborating with external agencies to execute PR strategies and plans, including crisis communication ;
  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of internal and external events such as employee engagement activities, media events, and annual events;
  • Developing and managing content for social media platforms and overseeing associated accounts;
  • Supporting the recruitment team on employer branding activities;
  • Providing support to the Chief Marketing Officer on various projects as needed.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian;
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools is considered an advantage;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to write, proofread and edit materials;
  • Understanding of media relations and experience in media relations is a plus;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong project management skills ;
  • Ability to adjust quickly and work on multiple projects.
