Responsibilities

  • Management role with team in delivery of portfolio of audit clients
  • Developing specialist industry knowledge and skills to oversee engagements
  • Efficient and effective delivery of engagement on time and on budget, and in compliance with quality and risk standards including ISQC1/ISQM, firm policies and procedures
  • Assist in the recruitment, and implementation of firm coaching and training strategy for the audit team
  • Increasing role in areas of leadership and people management for the audit team, client relationships, business, and growth


Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant is a must
  • 6-10 years of experience in the audit
  • Experience with risk-based audit approach
  • Understanding of currently applicable and upcoming IFRS and ISA
  • Knowledge of use of audit tools and data analytic tools
  • Coaching, mentoring, and counseling experience
  • Robust interpersonal ability
  • Willingness to travel domestically on occasion
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills
