  • Grow the user base on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & other social media channels;
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers;
  • Manage and oversee social media content;
  • Work with influencers;
  • Plan and execute Social Media strategies to reach the company’s goals;
  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, be sure to integrate with the company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels;
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign;
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales;
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies;
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing;
  • Compile reports for management showing results;


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager;
  • Perfect written and spoken English level, additional languages, especially Russian, will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices;
  • Solid portfolio of examples from social media channels managed;
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics;
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic design tools and publishing;
  • Knowledge of current online trends; 
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field will be considered as an advantage;
  • Any experience in fintech would be considered as an advantage;
