Senior Account Director - 1 year FTC

The GOOD Agency are looking to hire a Senior Account Director / Junior Business Director for a one year fixed term contract, with the potential to make permanent afterwards.

The right person will be leading the strategic direction within accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and in line with the outlined strategy.

Whilst driving the development and growth of accounts. This person will be managing senior client relationships and ensure client satisfactio and will be responsible for developing, mentor,ing and retain a high-performing team of Account Managers and Account Executives.

Client Services:

• Ensure the team consistently produces high quality-work, and exceeds client expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients.
• Thoroughly understands clients organisational objectives, and drives strategic conversations with confidence.
• Inspire and motivates clients at all levels, with the agency's work and ethos.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to clearly express views and strategic thinking.
• Maintain high standards in project management in line with Client Service KPIs.
• Collaborate with and manage internal teams and stakeholders effectively. ·
• Demonstrate a keen eye for creativity and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects and clients across various disciplines simultaneously.

Business Development:

(New and Existing Clients)

• Proactively identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead and participate in new business initiatives and pitches.
• Play an active role in securing new business.

Financial Management:

• Meet or exceed financial targets.
• Lead the team in maintaining accurate monthly client forecasts.
• Ensure projects are managed effectively to meet agreed KPIs for income, profit margins, and utilization.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and ambition.

Team Management:

• Lead the team with passion, energy, commitment, and enthusiasm.
• Manage team resources in line with income and profit forecasts.
• Serve as a role model, mentor, and coach to the team, ensuring high levels of performance.
• Promote and facilitate team development and growth.
• Encourage knowledge sharing within the team and across the agency.

Pay range and compensation package -

The salary is up to £65,000 depending on experience, plus benefits
