About the role

We are currently looking for a Shipping Operation Support Administrator. Being a marketplace, shipping at the very heart of everything we do, as we currently work with multiple providers delivering 50k shipments per month. When we are looking for new shipping providers to sign, it is important to us to assess their suitability for our business by conducting a manual pilot. This crucial role will be responsible for conducting the end to end creation, monitoring and dispute resolution with the potential new providers.

In this role, you will

  • Check customer information related to orders and create shipping labels
  • Assist our suppliers in booking parcel collections
  • Make sure parcel pick ups takes place on time 
  • Monitor agreed delivery times
  • Assist customers in dealing with any lost, damaged or disputed parcels 
  • Upload invoices and various finance documents to our Admin panel 

About You

  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Working experience in an administrative field would be an advantage
  • Good cooperation and communication skills and proactiveness
  • Good written and spoken English language skills

The salary range for this position is 1200-1750 € (gross) per month.
